Security Six Firearms School & Security Academy, is owned and operated by Larry Hamby. The school is a full service firearm training facility located within the San Leandro Pistol Range. Security Six offers training for law enforcement, civilians and security professionals needing State Licenses.

Basic classes include:

Issuance of BSIS Initial Firearms Cards (100.00 Base+State Fee $80.00)

California Guard Card Classes $80.00 and BSIS Fees of $50.00

Live Scan Fingerprinting $80.00 for Guard Card and $120.00 for Gun Card

Monday/Tuesdays are for Firearm Classes

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday are Guard Classes

Classes and Times Change Depending on Class Size

BSIS Firearms Re-Qualifications $40.00(Additional Calibers are extra)

Issuance of BSIS Tear Gas Cards(30 Minute Video+30 Question Exam=$20.00)

Issuance of BSIS California Lifetime Baton cards ($145.00)
